Notes
01. Per provisions of the Regulation No.: 127(2) Chairman will be the ex-officio member in all the committees except Students Facilities Committee, wherein, the Vice-Chairman will be the ex-officio member.
02. The quorum is two for PD, Chapter Coordination, Members in Practice , Members in Service , IT & Infrastructure Development & Inter Insttn. Coordination Committees and three for all the other Committees, viz., EC & Coaching.
03. The meetings of all the sub committees, except the Executive Committee will normally co-incide with the Regional Council meeting, and in cases of need to have meetings for any special occasions, the same may be called for by the respective Chairmen of the sub-committees, in consultation with the Chairman – SIRC.
04. The President will be the Special Invitee to all the Committees.
